Shipping + Returns
Pillows
All sales are final. Pillows are in stock and will ship out within approximately 1-3 business days and will take an additional 5-7 days for delivery. Due to the handmade quality of the fabrics and pillow covers, no two pillows are exactly alike.
Accessories
All accessories ship out from our warehouse within approximately 1-3 business days. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for transit. We accept returns on all home accessories within 15 days of delivery. Refunds will be given in the amount of the item less shipping & handling costs. Customers are also responsible for all return shipping costs.
Art
All sales are final. Each piece of art is made to order so once an order has been submitted it cannot be changed, canceled, or modified. Due to the custom nature of each art piece, production will begin after an order has been placed so please allow approximately 8-12 weeks for delivery. As the current times have created unpredictable lead times we will try to keep you up to date for orders that extend past the standard 8-12 weeks.
Rugs + Lighting
All sales are final. All in stock rugs and lighting will typically ship between 3-4 weeks from when your order is placed.
Damaged Policy
We take pride in ensuring that your items arrive safely to your home, but we understand that sometimes damages do occur during transit. If you have received an item that is damaged please notify LW Home within 48 hours of delivery. Note that most of our accessories have been hand crafted by artisans around the world, so there is level of tolerance due to the nature of pieces being made by humans. Please email us at support@lw-home.co with proof of purchase and pictures of the damaged item. All damaged items must be returned in original packaging.
