Pillows

All sales are final. Pillows are in stock and will ship out within approximately 1-3 business days and will take an additional 5-7 days for delivery. Due to the handmade quality of the fabrics and pillow covers, no two pillows are exactly alike.

Accessories

All accessories ship out from our warehouse within approximately 1-3 business days. Please allow an additional 5-7 days for transit. We accept returns on all home accessories within 15 days of delivery. Refunds will be given in the amount of the item less shipping & handling costs. Customers are also responsible for all return shipping costs.

Art

All sales are final. Each piece of art is made to order so once an order has been submitted it cannot be changed, canceled, or modified. Due to the custom nature of each art piece, production will begin after an order has been placed so please allow approximately 6-8 weeks for delivery.

Rugs + Lighting

All sales are final. All in stock rugs will typically ship between 3-4 weeks from when your order is placed.

Damaged Policy

We take pride in ensuring that your items arrive safely to your home, but we understand that sometimes damages do occur during transit. If you have received an item that is damaged please notify LW Home within 48 hours of delivery. Please email us at support@lw-home.co with proof of purchase and pictures of the damaged item. All damaged items must be returned in original packaging.

Rugs

Use a common wool cleaning detergent or create one with a teaspoon of neutral detergent and a teaspoon of pure white vinegar combined with a quart of warm water. Absorb as much of the liquid as possible before applying the cleaning solution to the stain.

We recommend that you vacuum regularly, turn off the beater bar settings, and use a handheld attachment to clean rugs with fringes.

Lighting

Use a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and other blemishes. Please avoid using harsh chemicals, cleaners, and polishers in order to ensure no damage to the finish.

Decor

Wipe gently with a soft cloth and avoid using harsh chemicals.
